Light CureSeal-Rite Fluoride Releasing Pit and Fissure Sealant is available in two viscosities.Seal-Rite is 34.4%filled and flows nicely from cusp to cusp.Its pearlescent color is easily seen in the mouth.For those clinicians who prefer a more fluid formulation, Pulpdent manufacturesSeal-Rite Low Viscosity.This product is 7.7% filled and flows with ease into pits and fissures. It is off-whiteand easily distinguished from enamel. Seal-Rite releases fluoride with an initial burst that is followed by a slow and sustained rate of fluoride ion release for many years. Research has also demonstrated the uptake of fluoride from the composite to adjacent enamel.
