VibraKleen E2 General Purpose Ultrasonic Cleaner
  • Fast-acting protease enzymes break down and remove blood, food particles, compounds, and other soils.
  • Biodegradable, nontoxic, and non-corrosive, VibraKleen E2  tablets are easy on instruments and the environment.
  • VK E2  tablets are an excellent and convenient pre-soak and evacuation cleaner.
  • Changing the solution depends heavily on the bio-load of the instruments being cleaned. When the cleaning solution is saturated, it will discolor (become cloudy or murky) and should be changed. OSHA recommends changing the solution daily.
  • VibraKleen is an enzymatic ultrasonic cleaning solution. To disinfect (sterilize) you must autoclave your instruments. You should rinse instruments before autoclaving.
  • Once mixed, VibraKleen E2 can last for 30 days unused. To get the full benefit of the tablet's convenience, we recommend mixing the product as needed directly in your ultrasonic tank. No measuring or carrying heavy jugs around your office.
  • VibraKleen E2 is non-ionic (non-corrosive)
  • VibraKleen E2 is also excellent for evacuation cleaning. It is non-foaming and has a fresh, mint scent. Simply mix two tablets per gallon of warm water and aspirate 1 quart per line.
  • VibraKleen E2 can be used safely on acrylics and high-quality metals. It should not be used on soft liners. Heraeus Kulzer also manufactures VK-4 Tarter & Stain Remover made especially for dentures with tough stains.
