LYSOL® I.C. Brand II Disinfectant Spray demonstrated rapid and thorough kill (greater than 3 log10 reduction) of polio virus 1 (Mahoney) and tuberculosis organism (M. Bovis) in both the absence and presence of body fluids in hundreds of tests conducted by an independent non-profit dental education and product testing foundation. Of 260 disinfectant brands tested by this independent non-profit foundation, only 4 currently passed this clinically relevant testing (and only two are available in the US).
